May is Stroke Month

Two of the people I love most in this world have survived a stroke.

Raygen had her stroke sometime after her first heart surgery.  It was confirmed about a year ago by an MRI.  She suffers from weakness in the right side of her body.  Especially her right hand.  There is no way to know exactly when Raygen suffered her stroke.

My Dad had survived his stroke almost a year ago.  Thank goodness my mother was home and recognized his symptoms.
