Moments that take my breathe away...

There were so many days Raygen's 1st year of life that I wondered if I would ever get to see my girls play together or even see Raygen grow and play on her own.  I know there are no promises and my baby girl still has a lot we have to get through, but these moments, watching her play and play with Zoie warms me to my soul.

Raygen has also decided she loves to mow the yard with dad.  She would not get off till Dad did.  I remember Randy doing the same thing with Zoie and now to see Raygen experience the same "normal" things just brings me to tears.
I am so lucky and so blessed.  We head out for vacation this weekend and I can't wait to see what Raygen thinks of everything.  I can't wait to post pictures.

Raygen also got some new braces for her feet and her right hand which I will post pics soon.  They seem to be working for her and now she cries when we take them off instead of putting them on, lol!  I think she know they help her.

Running for the Discovery Museum..

Raygen showing off her "I am 1 in 100 shirt" and all pink outfit before our run Saturday morning.
My awesome daughter Zoie.  I just loved how our Praying4Raygen shirts turned out.  Thank you Precision Printing Copy Depot.

The back of Zoie's shirt said "My Sister is 1 in 100, CHD Awareness."

A better look at Raygen's shirt.

It was such a pretty day.  Perfect for a 3 mile run/walk.

My shirt said "My daughter is 1 in 100"  Get the pattern now, lol.  My mom also wore a shirt and so did my husband Randy.
The girls before the walk.  My mom walked with the girls and Randy and I ran.  After Randy and I were done we caught up with my mom and girls and walked the route again with them.  It was a lot of fun.  We really enjoyed doing the run and just spending time together outside being active.
All of us after the run/walk :0)
When we were done we took Raygen to a cute little local store called The Changing Table and got her this cute little walker for $5.00.  She really likes it.  I tried to get her to get the one that played music with a keyboard and steering wheel, but she kept going back for this one.  I tried to spend more then $5.00 on her, but she wouldn't let me, lol!  We took Zoie for ice cream, so both girls went home happy.

Locks of Love...

A picture to make you smile :)
Zoie has been growing her hair out so she could donate it to Locks of Love and finally on Friday we decided it was time.
She was so excited.
Look at how long it was.  I was kinda sad, but she looks so cute with short and so much older.
There goes the pony tail...
Doesn't she looks so good???
I was so proud of her.  She told me right after her haircut that she couldn't wait to do it again, lol!
I love that she knows how important it is to "give" in this world.
She left today for a week to bible camp.  I am so sad I won't know what to do without her for a week, but I know she will have so much fun and that makes me happy.  I am so proud of this girl.  I can't wait to see her on Sunday.

Join us tomorrow....

Raygen working on her crawling skills at the office.  She is doing good putting weight on both her arms.  She isn't moving too well yet, but this is the first step.

This weekend is the charity run/walk for our local Discover Museum.  Please come and join us and help raise money for a great cause.  We are still working with Allyn from the museum on Raygen's lite brite wall.  He is doing an awesome job and I'm so excited to see the final project.

Parties and more Parties

Raygen hanging out in her Sesame Street chair at the office.  Don't you love her chew toy? lol

Yep, I'm breaking out the olde' pics of my dad and I.  I hope he had a great Father's day.  He has been such a rock for me through everything.  I couldn't have made it this far without him (and my mom, of course.)  He is always there for me whenever I need him and he was such a support system at the hospital with Raygen.  He is such a great dad and I am so happy he is the grandpa to my children.  Dad you are amazing and I love you so much.  Thank you for all you do for us.
My sister Traci, dad and myself.
My husband.  I can not even put into words what an amazing father you are.  You are the rock of our family and I thank you with all my heart for my two wonderful little girls.  You are an amazing man and I am very lucky to have found you.  You are always there by my side fighting for our girls and we make a great team.  I hope you always know how much you are loved.  I hope you had a great Fathers day!

My beautiful niece, Bailee, graduated high school on Friday.  She is now an official Saint Martin Saint.  You are looking at a college soccer player.  Bailee is one of the most talented, beautiful, sweet, smart girl I know.  I am so proud of her and so honored to be her aunt.  She won so many scholarships and awards.  Bailee has such a bright future ahead of her and I'm so excited to watch her travel it.
Besides graduation parties, father's day parties, and one birthday party all in one weekend I guess you can say we are partied out.  I also forgot my camera at work all weekend so I'm going to have to get some pictures from my mom to post.  We had a great weekend.  Even though we are all fighting a head cold we seem to be beating it, thank goodness.  It was so nice to see all my extended family this weekend (Aunt Carroll, thank you for always reading my blog and keeping everyone posted, we love you.)  Zoie heads off to bible camp next week and then when she gets home we head to Seaside for our 4th of July holiday.  I am so excited.
Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and hugged there graduates and dads extra close.

Braces, for both my girls!

Zoie before braces...

Zoie after.  She got braces on her four front teeth for right now.  Maybe more later.  She looks so cute with her  new glasses and braces.  My girl is growing up way too fast for me.  This is her last full week of 3rd grade.  Where did the time go?
Raygen also got her braces for her feet yesterday.  We call them her "pretty shoes"  She did cry at first at therapy with them on, but wore them for a long time at home with no issues.

Going to work with her braces on.
I don't think she was ready to wake up this morning.

So we have been so busy this week.  Zoie finished up with fastpitch and got her braces plus fighting a cold that is working its way through our family.  I am currently fighting this cold and I think my husband is going to be next.  He woke up this morning with a sore throat.  Raygen has been junky so I have been using our humidifier and putting natural oils on her to try to keep the cold at bay.  We have a busy week next week with the end of school and Raygen has OT in Kent and PT in Olympia.  I am counting down the days to vacation only 3 more weeks to go till I can enjoy a week at the beach with my family.  I hope we are over this miserable cold before vacation.
