I hate G tubes

Please say a prayer for Raygen today.  Her g-tube is all red and is bleeding a little.  I know it is causing her some discomfort.  I am calling the doctor today to see if she can been seen.  I just can't wait till my little baby can eat.  I want to get rid of this tube.  It's just one more thing to worry about and that could get infected or worse pulled out.  I will keep you posted.

Pear Juice

 Were trying a little pear juice.

 I think so far pear juice seems to be okay, mixed with a little water of course so it isn't too strong.

 She did swallow a couple mouths full.  Then she was done.  But it was very exciting and its a start.

 She did have me in a panic today.  She woke up around 5am with a very congested nose and so very cranky and gassy.  I know she is getting two teeth again.  Poor baby her teeth come in two at a time.

 So it was so nice to hear her chatting away to her toys and smiling in the car.

I hope she sleeps better tonight.  I plan on giving her some tyenol again before bed.  I just pray her teeth are her only issue.  Please please no cold. 

Spring Cleaning

 So I have been so stressed with my house being so stuffed lately that I decided this weekend was spring cleaning.  Zoie was a huge help.  Here she is taking a little break.  She is the artist in our family.  The girl just loves to draw and color everything.

 She did like being outside.  It is such a beautiful day here today.  You can see my car is loaded for our second trip of the weekend to the goodwill.

First time Raygen has been on a swing set.  So exciting.  I can't wait for Summer.  I heard tomorrow is suppose to be nice and then back to rain.  I'm so tired of rain.  Please hurry sun.  I can't wait to take my girls to the park and zoo and just have fun.  We had a great weekend!  I just feel so much better when my house is clean and organized.  Next weekend we get a new roof, then siding and new windows.  It's a huge summer for the Due family.  I just can't wait.

I know about bottles, mom!

 I know I should use a bottle like this but.....

 I prefer to chew on the bottom instead.

 Don't worry there is nothing in the bottle.  I don't want her to choke, but I do like using it as a toy so maybe someday she won't be scared of this new object when it is introduced with something in it.  But you never know we may skip the bottle all together.

 She is pretty cute licking the bottom of the bottle, lol!

If anything Raygen keeps us all laughing.  She is so cute and she was so happy playing with her bottle.

Playing with food

 So part of getting Raygen to eat is getting her to "play" with food.  Who would have thought?  She is starting to play a little but every time I put baby food "jar food" on her tray she is all done.  I don't think food is her favorite "toy" yet.

 We would rather watch Sesame Street.

 I just keep trying.  I will never stop trying.  I know once this girl starts to get food and that food is good there will be no stopping her. 

Raygen is doing so well.  She is rolling over all the time now but she still isn't sure what to do once she's on her tummy but hey its a huge step for her and I couldn't be more proud.

 Raygen was all smiles when we went outside.  As long as it wasn't too windy she loved walking by the beach.

 Ready for my stroller ride, again!

 I think Zoie had a good time.  She is such a good big sister.  She is always so helpful.  I just love this girl.  I'm so sad that she is already 8.  Time is flying by.

Raygen napping away in her stroller.  I think she enjoyed the trip too.  Raygen tends to be very shy especially around alot of people.  She did awesome in her stroller.  We would go out do an activity then go back to our room and let Raygen have a break and some rest and of course Sesame Street time.  When Raygen was resting Randy or I would take Zoie swimming.  We had such a good time.  I'm so proud of my girls.  They both did really good in the car ride as well.  I'm so glad we went.  It makes me excited for our future.  I can't wait for the zoo.  I think that will be our next trip. 

More Easter Fun

 We had Easter breakfast at my parents before we headed to the beach and it was so much fun.  I love this picture.  It's the first picture of my dad and all 4 of his grandkids.  Trenton, Dad, Raygen, Bailee and Zoie.

 She really is starting to like outside.  If it isn't windy of course.

 I love the bow in her hair, lol!  I try to fix it all cute but for some reason messy hair seems to fit Raygen better, lol!  She likes her wild and crazy hair.

Here is a preview of our beach pictures.  Too say we had a wonderful time would be an understatement.  The weather was great.  It wasn't crowded at all.  We really got lucky with our first family mini vacation.  Raygen did so good.  Zoie had a great time.  Tomorrow I will post more beach pics and spill all the juicy details :)

 We FINALLY had a beautiful sunny day here in Washington.

 It was one of the first times Raygen has been outside.

 She hated the sun and the wind but overall she did great.
